Yesterday, my husband took me out to a spot that m Yesterday, my husband took me out to a spot that my dad used to take him to forage for chantrelle mushrooms. It was a beautiful Fall day and we were able to get a glut of mushrooms! It was so peaceful out there and I could tell why my dad liked to go out there. I loved getting out into the woods and spending time with Jake. It helped calm some of the anxiety I've been feeling. **Warning** My dad taught Jake how to find the chantrelle mushrooms but also always taught me what to look for when foraging for them. Forage at your own risk. Its always best to go out with someone who knows what they're doing and knows what to look for.
